NAME CHANGE, ADDRESS CHANGE?

CERTIFIED Personnel: If you have moved, gotten married, have a new phone number or changed any other personal or contact information, please contact Colette Chaffin at the Central Office (728-2316 x 2004).

Please remember, if you have made a name change with Colette, you must also complete your name change on your Tennessee Teaching License at www.tn.gov/education/lic/. Once you receive your revised teaching certificate, you will need to bring or mail your new Superintendent’s Copy to Colette Chaffin at the Central Office.
